BOULDER, COLORADO, February 17, 2004 - EnergyWindow, Inc., a supplier of information technology-based tools and consulting to manage the energy supply used by large businesses, today announced it has been commissioned by Kmart to develop a comprehensive energy management plan, and then assist with implementation of that plan.
