COLORADO and RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, September 18, 2000 - Today the
Virginia State Corporation Commission licensed EnergyWindow, Inc.,
as an aggregator to provide EnergyWindow's online energy request/bid
service to electric power consumers in Virginia's electric retail
access pilot program. See

"As in most states, we weren't required by the SCC to obtain
a license," said Jack Mason, EnergyWindow's Chief Executive,
"But we felt that the access to account and usage
information that this license and our agreement with Virginia
Power allow would provide us a significant advantage in serving

energy suppliers."
